Ingredients

Oats
1/4 Cup
Strawberries
1 Cup
Small ripe banana

Sugar (add more if the straweberries are sour)
2 Teaspoons
Milk
1 Cup
Yoghurt
1/2 Cup

Steps

  1. Mix the oats & yogurt and let sit in the fridge over night.
    Puree everything in a food processor. Serve chill
    the above quantity serves 2 adults (Served in a tall glass)
